How do I join Easy Rewards?

When you make an account on SiserStore.com, you’re automatically enrolled in the Easy Reward Loyalty Program and can begin earning points on purchases right away.

How do I earn points?

Points are earned simply by puchasing products at SiserStore.com! 1 point is awarded for every $1 spent. Points are also earned on taxes and any shipping fees you pay, too.

How much are points worth?

100 points is equivalent to $1 in rewards. Rewards can be redeemed in $50 increments starting with a $1,000 minimum spend.

How do I view my Easy Rewards points?

Look for the Easy Rewards "sticky bar" at the bottom of your screen while browsing SiserStore.com.

Clicking this bar will expand it and show your current balance along with any rewards that you're eligible to redeem.

How do I redeem my points for rewards?

When viewing the Easy Rewards "sticky bar" at the bottom of the screen, you wil see an option to redeem your points for a cash discount reward if eligible.

When you click to redeem your reward, you will receive an email with a unique coupon code. You can then use this coupon code at checkout to instantly apply a cash discount to your total order!

What products earn points, and what products can points be redeemed for?

All products, from HTV to accessories and cutters, earn loyalty points when purchased from SiserStore.com! Additionally, you can redeem your rewards on any order at SiserStore.com.

Note that Leonardo® Pro subscriptions are handled through a different payment processor and are not eligible for the loyalty program.

Are there any points awarded for new loyalty program members?

All new members will receive a welcome bonus of 25 points upon creating a SiserStore.com account.

Do points or rewards expire?

Points will expire 1 year from the date they were earned. Rewards will also expire 1 year from the date they were emailed to you.

Can I combine my rewards with other discount codes or sales?

Yes! Easy Rewards coupon codes can be combined with other sales, promotions, and discounts.

What happens to my points if I refund an item?

Any points earned on a returned item will be deducted fom your Easy Rewards balance.
