What is the Siser Store?
The Siser Store was created for one main reason: we’re now going direct! This means you will be able to fill a virtual cart full of Siser products and purchase them directly from Siser North America.
The Siser Store still contains all the information you’ve come to know and love from our old website, like application information, cutter settings, blog posts, tutorial videos, and more
How does purchasing direct work?
It’s simple! Click on the SHOP tab in the top navigation bar. You’ll be taken to the online storefront and can now browse through an online catalog of Siser products including HTV, EasyPSV, cutters, and more!
When you’ve selected a product, you’ll be able to choose the quantity and color (if applicable) and add it to your virtual cart.
Do I need an account to purchase direct from the Siser Store?
In order to purchase from the Siser Store, you will need to provide an email address or link your Facebook or Google account. It only takes a few seconds, and once you do so, you can easily access your order history and begin earning reward points!
Is there a minimum order requirement?
Nope! You can order a single 12” sheet or ten 20ft rolls. It’s up to you!
How do I get free shipping on my order?
Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders with a subtotal of $50 or more (before taxes and shipping fees) for orders delivering within the contiguous U.S.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada are not currently eligible for free shipping.

What happens when I check out?
When you check out on www.siserstore.com, your order is processed directly with us, Siser North America. That means Team Siser will be the ones to prepare and ship your order- no middleman required!
When I order direct from Siser, when will my order arrive?
Most products will be shipped out within 24 hours of the order being placed, but actual shipping times will depend on your location.
Siser North America is based in southeast Michigan, so the further you are from us, the longer it will take. As a general guideline, most orders across the country placed with ground shipping should arrive within 3-7 business days after purchase.
If you need your items sooner, 2-day shipping can also be applied to orders shipping within the contiguous U.S. for $30. For residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada, expedited shipping is available for $50.
Which States / Countries can purchase from SiserStore.com?
We are able to ship to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, and Canada. At this time, we are unable to accept orders from any other countries.

What is the Easy® Rewards program?
Easy® Rewards is a loyalty program designed to reward repeat customers for purchasing products at the Siser Store.
Points will be earned at a rate of 1 point for $1 spent on all purchases made through the Siser Store. Points can then be redeemed for discount codes that can be used to instantly save on future purchases!

What's happening to my Authorized Distributor / Reseller?
Our Authorized partners aren’t going anywhere! You can continue to purchase through your current authorized dealer just like before.
Authorized Distributors and Resellers are able to host their own unique sales and promos, and may also be able to get your products faster due to their location.
