Heat transfer vinyl (HTV) is the answer to your personalizing projects! Of all the garment decorating methods available, using heat transfer vinyl is one of the least expensive and easiest to get involved in. You can get started in heat printing by using a home iron and a pair of scissors. Once you’re tired of using scissors and a home iron, you can move up to a heat press and a cutter such as Romeo® or Juliet®. The possibilities are endless when you combine computerized cutting and the consistency of a quality heat press.

Heat Transfer Vinyl is available in hundreds of colors and finishes like Glitter, Holographic, BlackBoard®, and more. Our Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) materials are mostly a polyurethane (PU) material that comes on a clear carrier sheet. Most have a sticky backing that makes weeding easy and gives you the ability to replace pieces that you may have weeded off accidentally. With HTV, designs are cut from the material while leaving the carrier intact for application. If you’re looking to do multi-color applications, our EasyWeed® materials feature a one-second tack, meaning that you can tack each material to the garment for one second, peel the carrier and apply the next color. This helps alleviate shrinkage caused by heating each layer for the full amount of time.

If you’re looking to spice your designs up a bit, a separate part of our heat transfer vinyl line is our EasyPatterns® Plus. EasyPatterns Plus are pre-printed and pre-masked patterns that you cut your designs from, weed away the excess material, and heat apply. With a wide selection of EasyPatterns to choose from, there’s a look that’ll fit almost any design!
