Siser® Universal Cutter Stand Limited Warranty
What is the length of the limited warranty?
Siser® provides a limited 60-day warranty against product defects. If a product proves to be defective in manufacturing, material or workmanship, a similar replacement part will be provided at no charge. This warranty applies only to the Siser Universal Cutter Stand purchased from recognized Siser distributors and retailers and to the original purchaser. It is NOT transferable. The warranty period begins from the date the product was purchased. This warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of components or parts having defects in manufacturing, workmanship or materials. No assembly labor is included. Replacement of parts does not extend this warranty or begin a new warranty period.
What is covered under this limited warranty?
This limited warranty covers defects in material and workmanship in the composite components, metal brackets, and roller wheels.
What is not covered under this limited warranty?
The consumer has purchased a “Ready to Assemble” product which involves “Do It Yourself” assembly, including handling, transporting, assembling and erecting the product. This limited warranty does not apply to stands that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts, scuffs or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents.
Although this cutter stand is “universal” in description, this limited warranty does not apply if the product has been placed outdoors or in a humid environment such as a bathroom. It is intended for interior usage in residential or commercial office-type settings.
There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. Any implied warranties that may be applicable to products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Siser shall not be liable for incidental or consequential losses, damages or expenses, directly or indirectly arising from the sale, handling or use of the Universal Cutter Stand, or from any other cause relating directly or indirectly thereto.
Care instructions
Check the locking pegs on the sides and underside of the top after two weeks of use, and make sure they stay tight by checking them a couple of times per year. Make sure shelves are properly seated in the slots in the back panel.
Wipe surfaces with a damp towel.
Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive products to clean the surfaces.
