Heat Transfer Vinyl

Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) is one of the easiest and most affordable ways to get started in garment decoration. From beginners using scissors and a household iron to professionals working with cutters like Romeo® or Juliet® and a heat press, HTV grows with your skill set. When you combine computerized cutting with the consistency of a quality heat press, the creative possibilities are endless.

Siser HTV is available in hundreds of colors and finishes—including Glitter, Holographic, BlackBoard®, and more. Most HTV materials are polyurethane (PU) films that come on a clear carrier sheet with a pressure-sensitive backing. This makes weeding easier and even allows you to replace small pieces if they’re removed accidentally.

Designs are cut directly from the material while leaving the carrier intact for application. For multi-color designs, EasyWeed® materials feature a one-second tack, allowing you to briefly tack each layer, peel the carrier, and apply the next color. This reduces shrinkage caused by reheating layers for the full application time.

Looking to add visual impact? EasyPatterns® Plus materials are pre-printed and pre-masked patterned HTV. Simply cut your design, weed away the excess, and heat apply. With a wide selection of patterns available, there’s an option to fit nearly any style or project.

Digital Media

Siser Digital Media is the go-to solution for achieving full-color graphics that go beyond what standard HTV can offer. Compatible with eco-solvent, solvent, and latex inks, these printable materials are available in wide formats to fit most large-format printers from manufacturers like HP, Roland, and Mimaki.

Digital Media allows you to print vibrant colors, gradients, and fine details directly onto the material before cutting. These printable solutions can be applied to a wide range of garments and fabrics, as well as specialty applications like awnings, tents, backpacks, and more.

For hard-surface decoration, EasyPSV® Printable expands full-color print-and-cut capabilities to decals. It can be applied to glass, wood, metal, plastic, and other smooth surfaces, while offering many of the same trusted features found in standard EasyPSV materials.

EasyPSV®

EasyPSV is Siser’s pressure-sensitive vinyl designed for decorating hard surfaces. Think plastic, wood, glass, metal, ceramic, and more - if it can be made into a cup, sign, or surface, chances are EasyPSV can decorate it. Select materials, like Starling™, are even top-rack dishwasher safe.

EasyPSV is available with either permanent or removable adhesive, easily identified by the grid on the paper liner:
Gray grid = Permanent
Mint grid = Removable

When cutting EasyPSV, the paper liner goes face down so the colored vinyl is exposed to the blade. After cutting, weed away the excess material, then apply Application Tape and burnish with a squeegee. This pressure bonds the vinyl to the tape, allowing your design to lift cleanly. Position the decal on your surface, burnish again, and remove the tape - leaving the EasyPSV perfectly applied.
